After a long career (22 + years) in law enforcement — including serving as Henderson’s police chief — Chadwick says she wants to bring truth, trust and transparency to City Hall. She believes that residents deserve honest leadership and that the city needs open communication and clear decision-making from its leaders rather than politics behind closed doors.
